Bina Artha modernizes its field operations in Indonesia with Software Group
Bina Artha, a fast growing microfinance company in Indonesia, will digitize its field operations with Software Group’s solution, in order to streamline its processes, improve efficiency and accelerate growth to achieve its business results. More specifically, the key targets of Bina Artha are to diversify its products and services thanks to its relationship with clients and continuous technological innovation and become the favourite partner of Indonesian families in each location it operates.
Bina Artha will equip its loans officers with a Digital Field Application (DFA), a user friendly mobile solution to onboard customers, initiate loans applications, and provide other value added services in the field. A year down the line, the company expects to increase loan officers’ case load by 45%, improve field managers monitoring capability thanks to automated workflow and better access to operational reporting, and reduce paper cost. Bina Artha is also aiming to improve its turnaround time from 7-9 days to 5 days by shortening its loan application approval process and optimizing multiple KYC collection.
