IT Ops Technical Support

Main responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain computers in the company domain;
  • Install and configure peripheral devices like printers, scanners, etc.;
  • Troubleshoot internal issues
  • Responsible for implementation and maintenance of policy to ensure business continuity for critical company systems and tools;
  • Share knowledge with the other members of the team;
  • Responsible for network infrastructure:
  • Configure edge and zone routers and firewalls;
  • Set up new site-to-site VPNs and monitoring and debugging existing connections;
  • Configure internal network switches and VLANs.
  • Fulfill employee requirements that follows the company IT policy;
  • Perform basic hardware maintenance;
  • Test network cables;
  • Replace any cables when needed;
  • Perform initial diagnostics to determine if warranty service is required;
  • Administer company DB servers and client DB servers on request;
  • Help customers with certificates - creating requests, generation and implementation;
  • Maintain cloud environments for Internal and Client systems hosting;
  • Setup, configure and maintain monitoring for the deployed systems;
  • Maintain the company knowledge base related to deployment of new applications and resolutions for known issues;
  • Install and configure clients’ environments on request - onsite or offsite;     

Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of OS installation and configuration - Windows, Linux
  • Excellent knowledge of network infrastructure.
  • Basic Knowledge of virtualization technologies.
  • Ability to efficiently communicate technical concepts
  • Ability to work quickly and calmly to resolve technical issues
  • Ability to learn fast and to cope with fast changing environments
  • Desire to learn new things and perform technology researches
  • B1 or higher level in English
  • Ability to work in team
  • Result-oriented and effective
