Technical Documentation Expert

Create and maintain easy-to-understand documentation set: product and project end user documentation, administration manuals, online help, release notes, etc.
Standardize information workflows and document templates for our software products and other deliverables
Interact with stakeholders (engineering teams, business analysts and experts) in order to gather relevant technical and business information and to address content gaps
Work with multiple teams, projects and regions in order to collect, share and collaborate on customer-focused documentation deliverables
Maintain customer knowledge base and cooperate with the support team in order to facilitate customer access to information (troubleshooting guides, FAQs, etc.)
Design and establish style guidelines and standards of language and visualization for better user experience
Work actively with stakeholders to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions
Create tutorials and training materials
Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent will be considered as advantage
Basic familiarity with the systems development life cycle (SDLC ) and software development
2+ proven working experience in the software industry
Ability to read, write, compile technical documents, release notes and deliver high quality documentation
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easy to understand by targeted customers
High level of ownership and a can-do attitude
Attention to detail using the industry’s best practices
Decision making in high-pressure situations
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Bulgarian
- Willingness to communicate in a multicultural environment
