Initially started as an extension of banking services, Agency Banking has been evolving driven by changes in regulations, technology and customer demands, expanding agents’ portfolio beyond basic cash in/out into customer onboarding, digital loans and more.

She has worked with banks in Africa and Asia to define their technology architectures, develop innovations across digital channels as well as successful delivery of core banking systems. She is currently a business solution architect for software group which is a global technology company specialized in digitalization and integration solutions for institutions that provide financial services.
Josephine Njoroge is a Product Manager for Agency Banking channel at Software Group. She has 8 years of business/project experience in Sub-Saharan Africa, in delivering digital solutions for banks, micro-finance, SACCOs, and financial inclusion sector.
